Renewable Energy Transformers

This three-phase transformers are used for electrical isolation of the solar system (photovoltaic systems) from the main network. This particular series achieves low loss, to achieve the highest possible efficiency. This property is particularly important because a high efficiency leads to higher energy transfer to the main network, thus increasing the economy of the plant.

It can also be inserted an electrostatic shield between the primary and secondary windings to increase the insulation between the windings and to reduce interference from the mains.

E.M.G. - Transformers are designed and manufactured in accordance with standards IEC 60076-11 CENELEC HD 428.1 S1. On request, additional standards can be applied. The core of this transformer consists of grain-oriented magnetic steel, which enables low losses. The joints between the columns and yokes are designed in an angle of 45 °. The windings are made of electrolytic copper. But upon request also aluminum windings can be used.

The tanks are made ​​of welded steel plate, with reinforcements to prevent oil loss. The tanks are tested for leaks with liquid (UV light inspection).
