Description:

E.M.G. - Transformersare designed and manufactured according to CEI 14-32 and IEC 60076-11 CENELEC HD 464 and CENELEC HD 528 On request, additional standards can be applied.

The core of these transformers is made of cold rolled grain oriented steel with low losses. The surface is insulated in order to reduce eddy current losses. A special technology makes it possible to minimize the losses, and Vibaration SOUNDS. The Ns-windings are made of aluminum or copper tape (standard UNI 4507). They are insulated by coating with a special resin film. The impregnation of the windings is carried out under vacuum in order to prevent moisture absorption. This allows these transformers in high ambient temperatures, are used for heavy soiling under tropical or marine conditions.

The Ms-winding is made ​​of aluminum or copper band, surrounded by a thermal insulating material of the class F, and aligned in a special form. After heat treatment, it is cast with epoxy resin in vacuum. After the time-and temperature-controlled Polymeristion and relaxation gives a compact unit, the winding is protected by an adequate thickness of the resin. This technology allows to create MS-windings, which is protected against any kind of external accidents such as fire, humidity and condensation.

  • The ambient temperature must not exceed 40 ° C usually, and the temperature increase should I be about 100K with standard transformers in the windings.
  • E.M.G. Transformers can be performed for use in locations with ambient temperatures up to 55 ° C!
  • E.M.G. Transformers have a very low noise level of 46 dB (A) to 68 dB (A).

  • The maxiDie transformers are equipped with Pt100 3 pcs (1 pcs in each winding Ns), connected to a temperature control unit.
  • For proper operation of the transformer a correct and natural ventilation in the room must be guaranteed. The operating conditions in function of the insulation transformer are defined by IEC IEC 60076-11 14-32.
  • For special applications where a temporary increase in performance over the nominal values ​​occurs, the use of a forced ventilation is recommended.

  • E0 No condensation on the transformer, minor soiling, installation in a clean, dry place
